“PLAY YOUR PART” PROGRAM
The Gaston Symphonic Band is a non-profit organization. All proceeds help keep our successful band program afloat. All monetary gifts go directly towards the purchase of music scores, concert venue rental, replacement & repair of instruments, insurance, marketing, and ongoing program development. Your tax deductible donation helps to provide a musical program of high standards to our community.
The Play Your Part program offers an excellent way to contribute to the band and keep informed about upcoming events. Please find our membership options below. You can donate through PayPal and then email your application to receive your tax-deduction/thank you letter. Or just cut out the application and mail it with your check made out to The Gaston Symphonic Band.
All “Play Your Part” Patrons will be recognized in our Concert Programs.
Brass Member $1 – $19 Donation

“CORPORATE SPONSOR”
If you own a business and would like to become a Corporate Sponsor, simply mail or email (gsbsound@gmail.com) us your business card along with a check for $150 to the address below. Afterward, your business card will be in all our concert programs and on our website for the remaining and following concert season. For $250, we will dedicate a quarter page in our program to a bio on your business, and for $500, we will give you a full page.

Your tax-deductible donation helps provide free musical programs of high standards to the community.
1st Half of the Concert Season is Aug – Dec = $5,000
2nd Half of the Concert Season is Jan – May = $5,000
Full Concert Season is Aug – May = $10,000
As the Concert Sponsor Your Company Receives
Social Media: Prominent mention in all social media campaigns leading up to the group’s four major concerts per year attended by hundreds of area patrons.
Print and Digital Advertising: A full-page print ad in all concert programming, as well as prominent exposure on the band’s website. (Framed Poster)
Table Space: A table up front at each concert with a banner of your logo prominently displayed, allowing audience members to engage with your business before and after the concert. Afterward, this banner will be yours to proudly display at your company to show your customers that you care about the arts and the community.
Promotion: Poster/program will promote, “This Concert is Provided to You By ____,” which are highly visible and provided in a format suitable for use in your advertising.
Networking: Invitations to all band receptions and awards ceremonies, giving you an opportunity to network with local community leaders, influencers and creatives.
