The Gaston County Veterans Council hosts a Memorial Day program at 10 a.m. on Memorial Day at Gaston Memorial Park. The Gaston Symphonic Band will perform patriotic music for the Gaston Memorial Day Remembrance Service. Their musical selections were designed to honor past and present members of the armed forces and the fallen.
